Facility Rentals
You already know us as the Triad’s premiere source for professional theatre and a cornerstone of Greensboro’s vibrant downtown, but our building – The Pyrle Theater – also contains a number of spaces available for rent to suit your upcoming event. From our 300-seat MainStage Theater, to our 2nd Floor Studio, to our new UpStage Cabaret and Sloan Rehearsal Hall, Triad Stage can accommodate events of various sizes. Our professional, supportive staff will work to meet your needs and help you stay within your timeline and budget. Spaces and Specs
The UpStage Cabaret
Daytime (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm):
Regular Rate:
$50 per hour
Non-Profit Rate:
$25 per hour
• 2-hour rental minimum
• Space can accommodate up to 120
• Tables/chairs for 80 provided ($50 fee to remove tables and/or chairs)
• Rental liaison included for duration of event
• Access to warming kitchen
Evening/Weekend (4:00 pm – 1:00 am):
Regular Rate: Sunday – Thursday $700 for 4-hour block; Friday – Saturday $950 for 4-hour block
Non-Profit Rate: $425 for 4-hour block;
$575 for 4-hour block
• Each additional hour is $100/$50
• Space can accommodate up to 120
• Tables/chairs for 80 provided ($50 fee to remove tables and/or chairs)
• Cleaning & minimal technology included
• $200 refundable damage deposit required
• Rental liaison included for duration of event
• Access to warming kitchen
The UpStage Cabaret & Sloan Rehearsal Hall Combo
Regular Rate: $1,300 for 4-hour block
Non-Profit Rate: $900 for 4-hour block
• Each additional hour is $100/$50
• Spaces can accommodate up to 300 people (standing)
• Tables/chairs for 80 provided ($50 fee to remove tables and/or chairs)
• Cleaning & minimal technology included
• $200 refundable damage deposit required
• Rental liaison included for duration of event
• Access to warming kitchen
2nd Floor Studio
Regular Rate: $50 per hour
Non-Profit Rate: $25 per hour
• Available for daytime rental only
• 2-hour rental minimum
• Space can accommodate up to 50
• Tables/chairs for 25 can be provided (pending availability)
• Rental liaison included for duration of event
MainStage Theater
Regular Rate: $1,300 for 4-hour block
Non-Profit Rate: $900 for 4-hour block
